I am having trouble logging in to NYSCEF. How do I update my email address information and obtain new password?

Go to NYSCEF login page
https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/Login
Click the link for "Forgot Password" beneath the login area.
Enter the email address currently associated with your NYSCEF account and you will receive an email with instructions for a new password.
