You can file an uncontested matrimonial action online by going to www.nycourts.gov/efile. If you are self-represented and starting a new case you must have a NYSCEF ID to file.  Please go to "create an account" to obtain an ID.  Once you have your ID and password, log in using the Supreme Civil Court link.
