VIDEO/AUDIO EXHIBITS- Can I Efile Video/Audio Exhibits to the NYSCEF website?

At this time, NYSCEF does not accept video and/or audio tapes as attachments. Pursuant to Uniform Rule 202.5-b(d)(7) - you should file instead a Notice of Hard Copy Exhibit Filing Form in lieu of the video/audio tape to preserve the record. Please go to the FORMS tab on the NYSCEF website to find the form for court you are filing in.
