What is a warrant review?
Answer
From the New York City Criminal Court-- Frequently Asked Questions:
"How do I clear/vacate a warrant? A warrant can only be cleared/vacated by a defendant's appearance before a judge. The defendant must go to the central clerk's office in the county where his/her case is being heard. The defendant must have the following information: full name and date of birth, or date of arrest, or docket number."
Warrant review is when a judge reviews an issued warrant. It is important to go to the court and begin the process to clear the warrant.
