I need certified copies of my divorce. I want a records search. What information does the county clerk require? What are the charges and fees?

Court Records can be obtained from the Clerk of the Court or the County Clerk. Some County Clerk's post information on the NYCOURTS.gov site; other County Clerks post information on their local county web site or on an agency website.
