The Ask a Law Librarian Submit a Question (email response) and (518) 282-0175 (text) accepts questions 24/7. A law librarian will contact you within two business days.
The Ask a Law Librarian Chat with a Law Librarian remote legal reference service is available Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
The service is closed for all NYS court holidays and end-of-year court recess from December 25th through January 1st.
